Banana Brutal!
Ok, so I know I said I would write something everyday but in my defense I was sick all weekend! I'm still sick but I went ahead and did the P90X yesterday. It. Was. Brutal. Most of the exercise yesterday was push-ups and lunges and this thing called Banana-Back. The Banana-Back is basically lying on your back with your feet and arms raised off the ground. Then the instructor would have me go from that position to rolling on my stomach with my feet and arms still raised off the ground and that was called the Superman (because you look like your flying!). I had to hold each pose for like 10 seconds and then switch back and forth, back and forth, back and forth! It was extremely hard and I suck at push-ups so it was a struggle for me to keep up. But I did my best and today I am definitely feeling the effects! I got all three kids to sleep at the same time so now I'm off to do the next DVD called Cardio X. We'll see how it goes!
